the babies are gorgeous! so precious!! Enjoy every minute - it goes so fast!
For increasing my milk supply - I'm using herbal tea mixes (lactation tea) that I got from the herb shops - seems to help. Also I switched from low fat milk, yogurt etc to high fat and that has helped and I have got back to my pre pregnancy weight as well!
