Well, the picture makes you think I have two big Canucks fans (Vancouver's NHL Team). And while I hope they will be some day, the reality is that right now, they have no clue who they are or why there is such a fuss.
They have started 'playing' floor hockey at the playtime drop ins, but still don't really know what it is. I put the TV on the game for a few minutes at a time last night and talked them through it. They'll get it someday. They may or may not like hockey too. And I'm really fine either way. Personally, I enjoy watching sports on TV very much, although I like going to the occasional game in person.
If I have to pick right now, I'd say Corwyn will be 'more into' sports than Nathan. But thats this week and they are still not even two yet so anything can happen. I'll be happy as long as they are active and fit, whether its organized sports or not (in many ways, the "or not" is so muich easier to coordinate).
How about in your family? How do you balance your childs interest (or lack of it) in things you love and vice versa?

Unfortunately I think you just have to let the kids decide :)
Which is why my wife is going to be extremely sad when she doesn't have a full team of basketball players :)
Cute picture.
