We read lots, together and on our own. During the day, it's usually one or both on my lap (fighting for the middle). At bedtime, its best that they are in bed when 'we' read. The boys went with their playgroup on a fieldtrip on Friday and we had a blast. It's one of those indoor playgrounds. This one had a toddler section, making it a good place for us to go.
